How we set our pricing to match your goals

At The Estate Agent Consultancy, we strongly believe that our success should be linked to the success of our clients. That's why we have implemented a pricing structure that aligns our interests with yours, demonstrating our dedication to your success.

We will work with you to establish a instruction baseline for your estate agency business. This is based on the average number of properties you typically list to the market each month. After we have actioned our bespoke plan for your business to grow, any additional properties listed above this baseline will be subject to a fixed fee of £750+VAT per instruction over the next 6 months (up to a maximum number of 10 instructions).

Should your estate agency business not grow above the baseline instruction levels set, then there is no cost to you for that month.

This straightforward pricing model ensures that our incentives are aligned with yours, as we only succeed when you do.
